Your high-quality MP3 download is available for immediate download, or you can download it later from your Licensed Tracks library. No separate license certificate is delivered; you can find all legal documents at the bottom of the Licenses page by clicking 'Download legal documents'.

What is royalty-free music?

Royalty-free music means you pay once to license a track and can then use it in your project without owing per-play, per-view, or ongoing performance royalties to the composer. It is not the same as copyright-free or public-domain music — the composer still owns the copyright; a royalty-free license simply grants you the right to use the work under set terms. On Sonabite, every track is an original composition cleared for the tier you purchase (Personal, Commercial, or Broadcast). You keep that license for life, use it on the projects the tier covers, and never pay recurring fees for that track.

Finding the right track fast

Use the style chips (Cinematic, Lo-Fi, Synthwave, Electronic) to narrow the catalog, then scan the BPM and Mood columns to match the energy of your edit. The waveform preview shows dynamic range at a glance — flat waveforms suit underscoring, peaky waveforms suit montages.

Every Sonabite account includes Personal rights (non-monetized social posts, student work, and personal portfolios) at no cost. Commercial rights (monetized video, ads, podcasts, and client deliverables) and Broadcast rights (TV, streaming series, theatrical, national ads) are available for purchase as one-time Lifetime Passes on the Pricing page.

Indemnity and clearance

Tracks are 100% original compositions from independent artists who have signed exclusive agreements with Sonabite. We provide written indemnity on every Commercial and Enterprise license, so YouTube and Meta Content ID disputes are cleared automatically.

Where to find past licenses

Accepted Answer

All your purchased licenses live under My Account. Each entry includes the original track, the license tier, the certificate PDF, and re-downloadable MP3 files. Licenses never expire and can be re-downloaded as many times as you need.

Refund and Sales Policy

All sales on Sonabite are final. Because every license and refill pack unlocks immediate digital delivery of downloadable assets, no refunds or partial credits will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to accidental purchases, change of mind, project cancellation, duplicate orders, or wrong-email-at-checkout errors. Please double-check your email matches your Sonabite account before completing payment.
