Licensing Terms of Service

1. Grant of License

When you purchase a license through Sonabite, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the licensed track within the scope of the tier you purchased (Personal Use, Commercial Video, or Enterprise Unlimited).

2. Permitted Uses

• Pair the track with your own visual or interactive content.
• Distribute the resulting end product on platforms you control.
• Retain the license in perpetuity for the original project.

3. Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the audio file itself.
• You may not register the track or derivative work with any content-ID system.
• You may not use the track in unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content.

4. Payments & Refunds

Licenses are processed by third-party checkout providers. Because every license and refill pack unlocks immediate digital delivery of downloadable assets, all sales are final. No refunds or partial credits will be issued under any circumstances, including accidental purchases, change of mind, project cancellation, or use of a mismatched email at checkout.

5. Termination

Sonabite may terminate a license for material breach of these terms. Properly licensed end products created before termination remain covered.
